What is your standard inquiry response time?

We review every project details entry individually. As a premier Indianapolis videographer, Robbie reviews specifications and emails custom proposal quotes back to clients in Carmel, Fishers, or nationwide within 24 hours of submission.

Do you customize project scopes and packages?

Absolutely. No two stories are identical. While we maintain baseline packaging for weddings, all commercial campaigns, FPV corporate tours, and athletic recap contracts are fully custom-quoted based on shoot duration, lighting needs, travel distance, and edit assets.

How do we secure our filming date?

Filming dates are officially reserved and locked in upon receipt of a signed client contract and a standard 25–50% project deposit. Due to heavy league schedules and seasonal wedding bookings, we suggest booking 2–6 months in advance.
